Return and Refund Policy


All items delivered are new and in excellent condition. Though we observe strict quality controls, we acknowledge that human craftsmanship is not perfect. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we accept conditional exchange of items delivered within 7 days.

Kindly notify us within 2 days upon receipt of the item. You may get in touch with us via our official Facebook page, the online store where you have purchased the product/s or email us at [email protected].

Please send us a message or email us a photo of the item showing the visible defect. Our quality evaluation team will notify you once the photo has been evaluated and investigated. We shall notify you once whether your item is eligible for replacement or not. Assessment may take 2 – 3 working days.


On the other hand, if a customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, or should there be a change of mind, we accept conditional exchange of items delivered within 7 days. Customer may exchange the item at his/her preferred Blue Magic branch with a totally different product, provided that:

  • The new item’s price is equal or higher than the price of the old item. Value of the old item is based on its original SRP, excluding the delivery fee.
  • Customer pays for the price difference or any excess in amount accordingly.
  • Items to be returned are in good over-all condition, in its original packaging along with all the accessories, and valid for resale.

Please take note that promotional or sale items will not be accepted for exchange.


You may return the product to any of our stores for exchange or replacement, free of charge together with the original receipt or waybill that came with the package. Kindly advise which store is convenient for you to visit so we can ascertain stock availability.


Blue Magic does not accept refund of all purchased items for any reason.
